Ron Rice
March 22, 1958 – May 1, 2025
Ron Rice was a master plumber and one of the pillars of Coastal Plumbing. Over his decades with the company, Ron served as both an estimator and project manager, helping shape our culture and mentor the next generation of tradesmen. Known for his good heart and steady leadership, he was deeply respected by coworkers, clients, and peers alike.
Ron’s legacy lives on in the quality of our work and the stories we still tell in the shop. He was more than a teammate—he was family—and he will be sorely missed.

Courtney Guerra
Courtney is a Florida State Licensed Plumbing Contractor and Medical Gas Installer.
As a second generation plumber, Court has been involved in the industry all his life. He officially joined the company in 2002 and was appointed president of the company in 2018.
Howard Winslow
As Operations Manager, Howard handles material purchasing and much of the office to field jobsite coordination. He also heads our safety program ensuring OSHA compliance even in the toughest of situations.
Howard has been a part of our team since 1994.
Tim Turner
Tim handles residential estimating at Coastal Plumbing. His vast plumbing experience helps provide detailed and accurate estimates for the most complex of projects.
Tim has been a part of Coastal Plumbing since 1988.

Guy Guerra
Guy Guerra founded Coastal Plumbing in 1984. He has been a Florida State Licensed Master Plumber since 1980 and is a certified Cat 2 Fire Protection Contractor. Guy is also a licensed State Plumbing Contractor and Master Plumber in the states of Texas and Georgia. Guy is frequently hired by Attorneys as an expert in the field of Plumbing, along with providing business speeches for SCORE, and to Vocational Training schools. He was also a founding member of the Collier County Plumbing Contractors Association, and a past president.
Bob Arnold
Bob Arnold was Coastal Plumbings first field Supervisor. He managed over 30 of the area’s top plumbing tradesmen on projects throughout Lee and Collier Counties.
Bob started with Coastal Plumbing in 1987 and retired in 2018.
